Ready to take your Norwegian skills to the next level?
In collaboration with the Norwegian Directorate for Integration and Diversity (IMDi), Alfaskolen can offer a limited number of students 80 hours of free Norwegian language training for levels B1-B2.
Who is qualified?
This offer has limited capacity. Because of this, there are certain requirements you must meet in order to be eligible:
- You have completed levels A0-A2 and pass the placement test (all students will need to take a placement test)
- You are living in Norway and want to improve your Norwegian.
- You are not currently participating in free Norwegian training sponsored by the Norwegian government (Introduction program, etc.).
NB! You cannot participate in several free courses on behalf of IMDi with other private providers at the same time.
How do I apply?
- Fill out the expression of interest form here.
- Wait for an invitation to take a placement test at Alfaskolen or online. – Placement tests are mandatory before starting a free course!
- Please note that books are not included in the offer and can be bought at Alfaskolen or other Norwegian book stores.
- Courses will be offered at daytime and evening, classroom-based (at Kongens gate 15).
